WHAT’S INCLUDED?

When it comes to your picnic, we’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to. This means all of our picnics come with a picnic blanket (yours to keep) and all the utensils needed to properly enjoy a picnic. Delivery is included also ofcourse! Each of our picnics also includes a wide selection of organic market-fresh foods, so we guarantee you won’t leave hungry. We source our food and packaging materials from organic and sustainable sources. Our picnics are delivered in beautiful paper shoppers that can be reused as garbage bags following the picnic. Please help us keep our parks clean.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Easy! Just check out our order page, where we detail all menus. Do you want something special? Are you organizing an event? Just email us info@vivipicnic.it and we’ll work with you to make it happen! After placing an order on our website, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. We’ll then follow-up 24-48hrs before to confirm the picnic time and location. WHERE / WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Our normal delivery hours are between 12h-16h, every day. We can instantly confirm delivery to: 1. Villa Doria Pamphil (Romes largest park) 2. Villa Borghese - Pincio (close to Spanish steps) 3. Colosseum Colle Oppio When you place your order on our website, these three locations are highlighted directly on our delivery map. If you would like to arrange delivery to a different area (or have the picnic dropped off at an office building, hotel, etc.), just send an email to info@vivipicnic.com and we’ll see what we can do.

WHAT IF IT RAINS OR I CHANGE MY PLANS?

Fortunatly weather is great in Rome, with blue skyes most of the year, however in case of rainy weather or you change your plans, we’ll work with you to either offer a refund or reschedule your picnic.

WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

No problem! Just leave a comment on the order page about any allergies or dietary restrictions. If we can’t accommodate your request for whatever reason, we’ll let you know and offer a refund or propose a different basket of food (whichever you prefer). We also offer a wide selection of home made vegan cakes.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancelling 24 hours before reservation for any reason: full refund
Cancelling up to 10am on the day of the reservation for poor weather: full refund
 No show/no contact: no refund

CAN I ADD EXTRAS TO MY PICNIC?

Yes of course! Check out all our addons such as hampers, flowes, extra drinks or wine, champagne ecc..

DO YOU ORGANIZE ALSO PICNICS FOR GROUPS AND EVENTS?
